Asian Business Chamber of Commerce 30th Anniversary Annual Dinners & Awards

The Asian Business Chamber of Commerce annual dinner and awards is one of the most successful and sought-after events on the Greater Birmingham calendar. It attracts key business and political giants from all sectors, skilled and experienced in professional event sponsorship with Birmingham Chamber of Commerce and more. For a fabulous networking opportunity and the chance to learn more about successful sponsorship in business, the ABCC annual dinner is definitely an event not to be missed.


What Can I Sponsor?

Numerous sponsorship opportunities for your business are available, including:


Principal Sponsorship (limited to three non-conflicting business sponsors): £10,000 +VAT

 

Summary

Branding in all promotional and marketing activity leading up to the event. This includes: Chamberlink member’s magazine with a readership of c.25k, monthly member’s event eshots, regular features in the Chamber’s daily e-news and on the Chamber’s website. The details of general sponsors will be included on all media releases concerning the event. Additionally, the sponsor’s branding will be included on pre-event literature such as a pull-up banner, invitations and tickets (subject to agreement before printing deadlines).

Branding:
The sponsor’s branding will be included in all event marketing and throughout the duration of the dinner. Principal sponsors will receive more coverage than other sponsors

Complimentary Table:
Two tables of 10 places are available for principal sponsors and their guests on rows one and two of the hall next to the stage. Guests will be supplied with a glass of champagne, four bottles of wine with a menu option. These tables feature different tableware to other tables

Twenty VIP passes:
Giving you and your guests the opportunity to attend the VIP drinks reception

Dinner Programme:
A full-page advertisement or editorial space will be provided in the programme that will be made available to all dinner guests on the night. Please note, designs should reflect the prestige of the event and artwork deadlines apply

Early Access:
For one person to the main hall (6.30pm) in order to display place name cards for you.

 

General Sponsors (limited to three non-conflicting business sponsors): £5,000 +VAT

The Awards: The awards are available to sponsor at £3,000 +VAT each

Outstanding Business of the Year – (this award will be selected from one of the seven winners above)

This award will be selected from the winners of the above awards for the exception of Business Woman of the Year..

Sponsorship Benefits:
  • Included on event marketing and throughout the dinner. This includes the company logo and website address in the dinner programme that is made available to all guests
  • Opportunity for a Senior Executive to make the presentation to the award winner on the night.
  • Five dinner places will be available for the dinner three rows from the stage. Two bottles of wine will be provided
  • Giving you and your guests the opportunity to attend the VIP drinks reception

 

 

Table Centre Décor Sponsorship: £1,500 +VAT

 

Summary

Two places is available for table decor sponsor

Marketing Opportunity:
Two cards (postcard size, provided by the sponsor) detailing the sponsor and their products / services will be placed on every table. Please note, the design should reflect the prestige of the dinner

 

Entertainment Sponsorship: £1,500 +VAT

The sponsor’s branding will be included in all event marketing and throughout the duration of the dinner

Complimentary Table:
Two places is available for entertainment sponsor

Marketing Opportunity:
The sponsor logo will appear on the screen when entertainment is announced throughout the evening
