Brexit Checklists, Events & Training

Introduction

The GBCC has teamed up with the West Midlands Combined Authority, Coventry & Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce and the Black Country Chamber of Commerce to scale up existing support for West Midlands businesses to help them adapt to the new post-Brexit trading environment.

Over the coming months we will be providing a range of FREE events, resources and training programmes for businesses based in the West Midlands Combined Authority area to help them navigate this difficult period.

Brexit Checklists

The GBCC designed a series of Brexit checklists to help businesses with their preparations for the new trading arrangements with the EU. The purpose of the checklists is to highlight the key areas of Brexit related change that businesses need to consider and any actions they need to take to ensure that they can continue to trade with the EU.

The Brexit checklists cover the following topics:

  • Importing Goods (access here)
  • Exporting Goods (access here)
  • Delivering Services in the EU (access here)
  • Transferring Data, Intellectual Property & Public Procurement (access here)
  • Employing EU Nationals (access here)
