Enterprise Europe Network
What is the Enterprise Europe Network? It is your first step towards innovation, growth and competitiveness.
Enterprise Europe Network Midlands provides free advice and immediate access to live business and technology partnering opportunities in new markets for SMEs, business sectors, research institutions and other organisations in the Midlands.
This is achieved by leveraging the links within the powerful and growing Network of over 600 partners which have international trade, research, innovation and existing in-market intelligence at locations across 50 countries and growing.
Our services range from providing legislative information to assisting in contractual agreements for collaboration and partnerships with overseas counterparts. Some of the services that we provide are:
Building International Business Partnerships
- Online Business platform identifying potential international business partners (agents, distributors and joint ventures) and help sell your products across Europe and beyond and equally act as representatives of European counterparts here in the UK.
- Thousands of partnership opportunities are available throughout Europe.
Overseas Partnering Events & Trade Missions
- A whole calendar of brokerage events promoted to companies and research organisations in the region. These events, which relate to a range of industrial sectors, provide you with a unique opportunity to meet with potential business partners from across Europe.
Single Market Information
- We provide an enquiry service to companies on various EU topics including legislation, policy and funding. We can answer questions on a wide range of subjects including: CE Marking, REACH Regulations, Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations, Employment Legislation and Taxation.
Have you faced problems trying to enter new European markets?
Have you had trouble complying with complicated European directives?
Is European legislation, or lack of it, making it difficult for you to operate successfully within the European market?
Do you feel you incur unnecessary financial or administrative costs because of European legislation?
If the answer is yes to any of the above questions then the European Commission wants to hear your experiences.
Enterprise Europe Network Midlands is funded by the European Commission and Innovate UK to improve business competitiveness, innovation and R&D through links across Europe and Internationally.
Enterprise Europe Network Midlands SME feedback mechanism collects evidence of the challenges and issues facing regional companies, and feeds this in directly to the European Commission. This feedback is, in turn, used to influence EU policies to the benefit of businesses. To identify how we can assist your business, contact us on 0121 455 0268 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
