Upon reading the recent press release from the Greater Birmingham Chamber of Commerce I was shocked to hear that such a high percentage of businesses were struggling to recruit the right staff members.

I saw the figures of 63% of Manufacturers and 45% of Service firms were struggling with recruitment and labour problems. I find this shocking given the competitive nature of the recruitment industry. I would like to offer some support to these businesses to help resolve their recruitment problems.

I myself have been working in recruitment for over 10 years and now opened my own agency; AKG Recruitment LTD. We specialise in permanent recruitment and head hunting for roles with specific skill sets.
