I waited 10 years before I was ready. And do you know what I found out when I thought I was finally ready? I wasn’t ready! This was me back in 2007 in my corporate days, in a job that I disliked, heavily, waiting to be hit with a hammer shaped lightbulb on what was next. Spending time hoping that the answers would come to me; what did my future look like, what was I really supposed to be doing…?
It wasn’t until I stepped out of my comfort zone, and unlike anything I’d ever done before, I went to see a coach. Even that first free chat helped me unlock some tangible ideas and make some positive life changing decisions. It set me on a course for change that if I hadn’t been brave enough to take, who knows where I may be right now…corporate; deeply unhappy, and unfulfilled?
So, as you can imagine I am now a huge advocate for helping people to BE READY.
