Millennium Cargo
Ok. So that didn’t go as planned.
Less than 6 days into 2021 - the year that was supposed to be our saviour - and Boris calls another lockdown and sends us all to our rooms once again.
I’m not gonna lie - it’s a real bummer.
And it looks like we’re not alone. Countries all over the world are in and out of lockdown on what seems like a daily basis - it’s like the hokey cokey!
“You put the public in, the public out - in, out, in out - you shake them all about”
For those of you who don’t know it, the hokey cokey is a funny little song and dance that we used to do here in the UK. Check it out here if you want a laugh…
But anyway - hokey cokey aside - the good news is that freight is classed as essential, meaning that lockdown or no lockdown, we are still open for business.
I’ve had a couple of emails in the last week from people confused and concerned about whether the lockdown meant they wouldn’t be able to keep their goods moving.
Thankfully, freight workers are classed as key workers, meaning we can all continue working and taking care of you, our customers no matter what.
Ali, Connor and I are all still here to help you move your goods wherever they need to go in the world.
We can still give you quotes, find your routes and book your freight so that you can keep your cargo moving.
I know I’ve said it before - the freight industry never sleeps - and it seems that’s true even in a pandemic.
So, if whether you want a quote, need some advice or want to discuss your potential freight options, then get in touch.
We’ll be here - picking up the phones, answering emails and doing our bit to help the world keep moving.
