Growth Through People is the Chamber’s annual campaign aiming to help local firms boost productivity and grow through improved leadership and people management skills. If it improves relevance, it’s also less wasteful. Moving to being a paperless office was one of the best things we ever did. It all started when we decided to make all our work more relevant and less wasteful. We concentrated on making everything as economic, effective, efficient, and excellent as possible.
