SMARTER
If it improves relevance, it’s also less wasteful. Moving to being a paperless office was one of the best things we ever did. It all started when we decided to make all our work more relevant and less wasteful. We concentrated on making everything as economic, effective, efficient, and excellent as possible.
When it comes to investing in the happiness, health, and wellbeing of our people, it was a no brainer. Stress management and resilience training was so much more than mental or physical first-aid; it’s better to prevent, than pick up the pieces later.
Respect the whole person
We’re all very similar but we need to be treated more as individuals with our own needs and requirements. A mood tool can track whole health in real-time and show the links between each part of the human psyche.
We’re physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual people and we need to respect the whole person. A physiotherapist not only treats the area of pain but looks for the root cause of that pain, and it can be along way away from the pain spot.
In over twelve years of research and development for the Excellence Formula, we can show the first three icons in the formula to monitor, measure, and manage excellence in real-time: the centrality of core values; the importance of a healthy and happy culture; and looking after the whole care package for people. There are nine icons in the formula.
Advantages of SMARTER

What Matters Most
First and foremost, people and their happiness, health, and wellbeing. That means their whole health – physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. What really matters most is getting the core values, culture, and care always right.
