Shortlist for Asian Business Chamber awards revealed

The shortlist has been announced for this year’s Asian Business Chamber of Commerce annual dinner and awards, which takes place at the National Motorcycle Museum on 7 December.

The black-tie event will be hosted by award winning actress Nina Wadia, who has starred in ‘EastEnders’ and ‘Still Open All Hours’ during a career which has spanned 25 years.

In 2013, she won an ‘Outstanding Achievement in Television’ award.

Chairing the judging panel was Mandy Canny, head of group membership at the Chamber, who said: "Our judges had a difficult job due to the diverse range of applications and businesses which are helping the region's economy to thrive. 

"Congratulations to all those shortlisted, and those who all took time to apply our judges were extremely impressed with the calibre of every single application this year."
