Shoppers dreaming of a white Christmas need look no further than Touchwood this festive season, as the centre is set to unveil a range of festive surprises.
Santa himself will be flying into centre tomorrow, 16 November, to officially launch the Christmas celebrations. He’ll take up residence in his grotto with his trusted team of elves.
For those dreaming of a white Christmas, Touchwood’s Snow Play is making a highly-anticipated return.
Situated on Juliet Balcony, children will have the opportunity for some frosty fun in our artificial snow and throw a pretend snowball or two. Snow Play is free to guests and will be open until Christmas Eve.
The Snowman and The Snowdog will be in centre at intervals on 16 November between 12.30pm and 4.30pm to meet guests and help get everyone into the Christmas spirit.
Touchwood’s iconic polar bear, Presley, will also be making a return to for the perfect festive family photo.
The Postal Express will be stationed at Touchwood on the day for children to check their present requests with Santa’s team of busy elves at the North Pole.
From his special booth, Postmasters Stamp and Punch will call the North Pole via a magic hotline to ensure everything is in order.
Guests can enjoy a relaxing shopping experience in Touchwood this Christmas thanks to extended opening hours during December.
Touchwood were crowned Best Shopping Experience at the recent Birmingham Awards, held at the Library of Birmingham.
