International sportswear brand Gymshark will be hosting a high profile panel discussion as part of the Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce's (GBCC) Growth Through People campaign.
The GBCC's month-long productivity aims to help local businesses develop leadership and people management skills.
The campaign is comprised of four themed weeks, from 25 February to 22 March, including Growth Through Responsible Leadership, Growth Through Attracting and Developing Talent, Growth Through Unlocking Potential and Growth Through Workplace Resilience.
In the second week of the campaign, Growth Through Attracting and Developing Talent, Gymshark will be hosting a panel discussion with some of the region's top employers, at the firm's headquarters in Blythe Valley Business Park on 6 March.
The panel will feature Dave Parry, chief people officer at Gymshark, Richard Billingham executive director human resources and organisational development at Aston University and Bal Kang director of HR and learning at Midland Heart.
Aston University are also sponsors of Growth Through Attracting and Developing Talent week.
