Sutton Coldfield businesses who want to develop a better understanding of the business grants available to help overcome the pandemic are being encouraged to attend a Chamber webinar.
‘Business Grants in Birmingham - Availability, Eligibility and Application Process’ is a webinar hosted by Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce, with guest speakers from Birmingham City Council and leading business finance hub Finpoint.
It takes place on 1 December (11am to 11.45am).
This webinar is aimed businesses who are trying to navigate the grant funding that has been announced both for Tier 2 and for the November lockdown.
Speakers will take delegates through the most current grant options announced by the Government, eligibility criteria and how to apply as well as options for businesses seeking additional finance.
Jonathan Woodward, head of revenues - digital and customer services at Birmingham City Council, will talk about the grants schemes available locally through the Local Restrictions Grants.
There will also be the chance to hear from Alba Cadenas, partner marketing manager at Finpoint, who will discuss the loans available to help top up the grants.
Finpoint has partnered with the Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce to make it easier for businesses to access finance from the UK’s largest panel of lenders and, in this session, Alba will talk through how Finpoint can support finance needs, from cash flow relief to help applying for Coronavirus Business Interruption Loans.
