Communications technology company, Intercity Technology, has launched a ‘Business Communications Support Package’ to help organisations respond to the rapidly changing landscape amid the coronavirus pandemic.
The package offers Intercity’s Enterprise and SME customers, charities and healthcare providers free consultancy to help them quickly establish a remote technology plan, 24-hour access to a support centre so no business is isolated; and a series of flexible commercial offers to enable the use of Intercity’s Touch Technology platform.
The Touch Technology platform provides remote access to business-critical tools such as making, receiving and redirecting of phone calls via home broadband, as if the user were in the office, and additional collaboration technologies such as Instant Messaging, and Video Conferencing.
Andrew Jackson (pictured), CEO of Intercity Technology, commented: “During these uncertain times, our priority is to provide valuable expertise, practical help and support to our customers and organisations across the region.
"Businesses are only as strong as the communities in which they are part of but, together, we can address the disruptions to employees and productivity and ramp-up remote working capabilities to keep colleagues connected securely and projects moving forward.
“Our new Business Communications Support Package has been orchestrated to help customers and local businesses to rapidly and easily transfer their workforce to remote working.
"From two to 2000+ employees, it is critical for businesses to ensure they have the right technology in place to enable continuity of service.”
