Solihull head-quartered affordable housing specialist Living Space Housing is continuing its support of Birmingham Moseley Rugby Club by renewing its lead sponsorship of the first team 's shirt.

Established in 1873, Birmingham Moseley competes in National League One.

Paul Breen, managing director of Living Space Housing said: “Living Space is passionate about creating new communities and social value, so continuing our sponsorship of Birmingham Moseley RFC - which has been at the heart of the community for nearly 150 years - is a perfect match.

“We are proud to be developing new residential sites across the region. We deliver mixed-tenure schemes in their entirety, working to varying needs and specifications for homes for rent and shared ownership, as well as homes to be sold on the open market. Living Space recently invested over £20m in the start of construction at five new schemes, where all of the affordable homes will be delivered during 2022. We look forward to celebrating success with Moseley throughout the rest of the 2021/2 season. ”

Since launching in 2019, the company has grown at such a pace, it has been able to respond to the industry-wide issues of low output by ramping up production. Living Space has a total of 674 residential plots under control, representing a combined value in excess of £113million. The company is on track to deliver at least 20 developments over the next two years.

The vast majority of the homes Living Space builds are delivered to Registered Providers (RPs) for affordable rent and shared ownership. Approximately five per cent of the plots currently being delivered are being sold on the open market. Living Space sources the land, achieves Full Detailed Planning consent and builds the homes for the RP, enabling them to focus on the funding and management of high-quality homes for their residents.
