SME Outsourcing has announced a new merger between Sonex Accountancy.

The outsourcing firm was formed in 2012, when its founder Amina Hussain took the plunge to set her own accountancy practice after leaving the Big Four, KPMG. The firm now offers a wide range of accountancy, taxation, and advisory services to companies within the SME market.

Amina was also the former co-president of Asian Business Chamber of Commerce and she has 24 years of experience in accounting and business restructuring.

The firm came into being after she felt that there was a gap in the market to provide a corporate experience to SME clients. It has now been 10 years since the firm was found and it has gained another accountancy practice to follow the same model as SME Outsourcing.

Asif Ishaq now joins her as her associate director, who will continue to work with his clients whilst adapting to SME Outsourcing culture and ethos.

Asif Ishaq brings in experience in accounting and property development with 12 years ' experience and has worked in various industries previously including banking, it, real estate and property development.

The merger would help Asif in expanding his portfolio of his clients further.

Asif said: “I am delighted to join SME Outsourcing with my practice and there are exciting days ahead where I feel no doubt that my clients will also be able to benefit from added value service which SME Outsourcing brings. ”
