The Brexit transition period will end at 11pm on the 31st December 2020. With two months to go before the UK embarks on its new position outside the EU, this webinar will explore:

  • What will change for importers following the end of the Brexit transition, such as:
    • Customs declarations:
    • Border procedures
    • VAT
    • The UK Global Tariff
  • And understanding the importance of:
    • Incoterms
    • AEO Accreditation
    • Postponed VAT accounting & deferment accounts

This session will be led by Michal Gierat is Managing Director of WM International. WM International is a Birmingham-based Freight Forwarding and Customs Clearance company assisting Customers in export and import globally.

The GBCC has teamed up with the West Midlands Combined Authority, Coventry & Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce and the Black Country Chamber of Commerce to scale up support for West Midlands businesses to help them prepare for the end of the Brexit transition period.
