Speakers and seminar program:
Kim Mears, Managing Director of Infrastructure Development, Openreach
Kim will be discussing the Full Fibre Scheme, a Government scheme to give SMEs £3k each toward getting a full fibre connection. She will be discussing how businesses can benefit from having a reliable network as well as the impact the 'network of the future' will have on economic regeneration.
We're excited to be joined by Kim Mears as our first speaker of the day. Kim is responsible for building and strengthening Openreach’s strategic and commercial relationships.
She joined BT in 2004 as a general manager for the Thames Valley Field Service. A year later, Kim was appointed regional director for the London Home Counties area. She became director of NGA (Next Generation Access) in 2008, with responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of Openreach’s Broadband UK programme, including £1.7bn BDUK and £2.5bn NGA commercial programme.
Kim has worked as managing director of infrastructure development since 2015, with responsibility for the deployment and build of the national fibre network infrastructure across the UK.
A limited number of places are available for Kim’s seminar so delegates should book early, you can book your place here or by emailing email@example.com
A further two seminar speakers will be announced soon! Don't forget we will also be having a speed networking session on the day.
