A detailed discussion on setting clear objectives and a vision will be a key part of the workshop, including the importance of understanding your customers, knowing your competition, key message development, creating targeted content and measuring outcomes. At the end of the session attendees will be empowered to develop their own marketing strategy.

Who runs the session?
The workshop will be delivered Mel Evans, an internationally acclaimed marketing strategist, who has spent 30 years creating the marketing strategies and launch plans for some of the best-known destination brands in the Midlands, including Bullring Birmingham, High cross Leicester, Mailbox and Grand Central.
Mel has also helped many smaller companies and charities to develop their brands and marketing activity. She is a Chamber Member, professionally trained coach and member of the ICF. Based in Sutton Coldfield, Mel has launched 3 of her own businesses, so understands the needs of smaller businesses.
Where and when do I book and pay?
Member’s fee: £90 + VAT
Non-member’s fee: £130+ VAT
*Any cancellations must be confirmed via email to email@example.com and must be given within 5 working days clear of the original event date. For any cancellations given less than 5 working days before the event, fees will not be refunded. This also counts for non-attendance. If the course is due to run again in the future, delegates can opt to transfer to the next available date. A £50 fee will still be issued to cover the costs already incurred.
*Please note, the aim is always to finish at the time provided above, but please allow extra time depending on how many delegates are on the course, as there may be more questions for the trainer to answer.
