1.	Full delegate payment must be received prior to attendance
    a.	We reserve the right to refuse admission if payment has not been received in full prior to the event
2.	Cancellation of paid events:
    a.	Cancellations received within 10 days of a non-flagship event will not be entitled to a refund/credit
    b.	Cancellations received within 30 days of a flagship event will not be entitled to a refund/credit (including complimentary FOC places which incur a cost to GBCC). These include, but not limited to:
        i. Expos
        ii. Dinners
        iii. Conferences
        iv. Awards
    c.	Failure to attend on the day of the event will not be entitled to a refund/credit
3.	Any booking amendments or cancellations must be made in writing
4.	Bookings received within three days of an event may not be included on the delegate list or have a pre-printed name badge
5.	Delegates may be photographed at our events. By registering to attend, delegates consent for Birmingham Chamber of Commerce & Industry to use any photographs taken in future marketing collateral
6.	By registering to attend, you are providing explicit consent to receiving emails and/or SMS text messages relating to this event
7.	We are not liable for any personal property at an event
8.	It may be necessary for reasons beyond our control to change the date, time, venue, content and speakers
a.	If this event is cancelled we will transfer your booking to a similar event or issue a refund for monies paid but disclaim any further liability
9.	Minimum delegate age 16 years (except where specified on event marketing material)
10.	Delegates will receive final event details by email 48 hrs prior to the event
