Up until a few years ago, founder of GuruYou™- Rebecca Mander, was Managing Director of a large organisation, when she sadly lost one of her children, Charlie. Rebecca understands first-hand what it is to need to look and act the part, when internally you are falling apart.
Motivated by her experiences, she trained as an Executive Coach and is now a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management, specialising in helping senior leaders through setback.

Sharon is an experienced Project Delivery Manager with a history of working in the local government industry. She is skilled in HR Wellbeing and Employment Law Practices, Business and Community Engagement, Employee Benefits, Programme and Project Management.
She is a passionate deliverer of Health and Wellbeing in the workplace and professional in the field of employee Health and Wellbeing.
Sharon is responsible for delivering the Thrive at Work Wellbeing programme across the Midlands. She is committed to delivering improvements in workforce health and wellbeing, by providing advice, information and support to employers wishing to invest in the health and wellbeing of their staff, whilst working towards the Thrive at Work Health and Wellbeing Commitment Award.
