EVENT DESCRIPTION

Sponsored by and in partnership with: Aston University and West Midlands Combined Authority

The events of recent years – including the Covid-19 pandemic, the ongoing energy crisis and an anticipated recession – have had significant implications for our personal resilience. Many have struggled with loss, personal setbacks and mental health challenges amid these challenging times.

The resilience of individuals across your business has a knock on effect on the resilience of the organisation as a whole, and the ability of the business to effectively deal with potential future disruptions or uncertainty.

The wellbeing and resilience of individuals across your business is more important than ever. This event will share practical advice on how individuals, managers and leaders, can effectively take care of our own wellbeing and support the wellbeing of our workforces to harness resilience in challenging times.
