Speaker: Andrew Chaplin, Senior Consultant, Robert Walters
I have worked in the recruitment space for over a decade working with across all sectors including Manufacturing, Supply chain, logistics, Utilities, Financial Services and the Automotive sector dealing with SME, Private Equity and start-up businesses through to Large internationals and global brands. I have always specialised in the local Regional Market, and therefore understand the challenges and drivers, and crucially have been positioned to then deliver against them. Building networks has been the best way to captures and mobilise the best talent in the market as things change and evolve – the best people I work with often don’t engage the traditional methods when either recruiting, or looking for a role therefore innovation and having the keenest interest in building the best networks has been essential to my consistent and effective recruitment delivery.
