The workshop will be facilitated by Diane Rance, Fiona Anderson and Marian Hubbell of Creating Value with People.
Diane began her career in the car industry, in Employee Relations, where she first developed her skills around handling “Tricky Conversations” before moving into a strategic HR role. She now works independently as a qualified Executive Coach and Mentor, and as part of her work continues to support managers who are handling “Tricky Conversations”. Diane is also a Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce Council member
Marian is a specialist in the written and spoken word, Marian has a talent for supporting others to grow in confidence, tackle challenges and increase their motivation and influence. With a background in managing HR and training in the public sector, she is an Accredited Trainer of NLP and is currently studying Person-Centred Counselling and Psychotherapy at Warwick University.
Fiona was initially trained by Price Waterhouse Coopers. Her passion, belief and expertise are in culture change – inspiring, energising and embedding personal and business-wide transformation for the benefit of all. In 2015 she was recognised in the Top 100 and awarded as an Exemplar for Driver of Culture Change by the Manufacturer.
