Event Description:

Hear from the St. Modwen team about their developments in Burton upon Trent including St Modwen Park Burton, the Pirelli site on Derby Road and Branston Leas. Senior Development Director, Ian Romano and Senior Development Manager, Rob Richardson will both be speaking.

St. Modwen has had a long standing involvement in Burton upon Trent. The businesses’ current developments include the redevelopment of part of the Pirelli site on Derby Road, with the final phase, known as Albion Gateway, completing earlier this year and now home to MKM with further leading names recently committing to take space. To the south of the town, St. Modwen continues its development of new homes at Branston Leas, where the business originally obtained outline planning consent for more than 600 units. This formed part of the wider Branston scheme which included the restoration of habitat adjacent to the River as well as the creation of a new 50-acre business park, previously known as Burton Gateway and now St. Modwen Park Burton. More than 200,000 sqft of business space has been built and is home to Hellmans Logistics, London City Bond, Keylite Roof Windows and Supply Technologies, with a further 100,000 sqft nearing completion this Autumn, and plans afoot for the remaining phases to eventually create a 1m sqft business park on a key approach to the town.
