What is the Brexit Freedoms Bill? - The UK Government introduced the Retained EU Law (Revocation & Reform) Bill, otherwise known as the Brexit Freedoms Bill, to Parliament in September 2022. The aim of the Bill is to end the special status of all retained EU law by 31st December 2023.

The UK Conformity Assessed (UKCA) marking is the new product certification system used for products being place on the market in Great Britain. The UKCA marking applies to most products for which the CE marking could be used, as well as to aerosol products that required the reversed epsilon marking. Businesses must use the UKCA marking if they manufacture or handle products in the following areas:
