Business Development Manager
Reporting to the Director of Membership, you will promote the wide range of business benefits that Chamber membership offers to current non-member businesses in order to help them develop and grow their business through making new contacts, building on existing relationships, attending events and promoting their company to 2,700 other member businesses throughout the Group.
GBCC Patrons are the “top tier” of membership, they represent a diverse range of high profile organisations looking to grow their reach in the region and engage with policy & campaigning activity. The successfully appointed individual will be primarily responsible for day to day account management of GBCC Patrons, coordination of Patron acquisition, Patron events and Patron documentation (with strategic support from the Policy & Strategic Relationships team and CEO). They will also represent the GBCC at senior level and strategic events and groups on key issues affecting businesses and occasionally support team colleagues on policy related activity.
