The role is the first point of call to provide information, advice, guidance and diagnostic support directly to businesses within the GBSLEP area. You will be liaising directly with GBSLEP delivery partners to ensure that signposting solutions are carried out. Key to this role you will have excellent customer care skills and be able to communicate professional and articulatory at all levels. You will have a complete understanding of issues concerned with running a business, including company formation, budgeting and balance sheets. You will have diagnostic and problem solving skills with the ability to think laterally to solve complex/obscure research and business support enquires.
