Finance Director

Contract type: Permanent, full time 35 hours
Salary: £80k - 85k per year

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Finance Director will be a trusted adviser to the CEO and Board, with responsibility for financial strategy, organisational resilience and corporate governance. You will lead financial planning across a diverse income base spanning membership subscriptions, commercial services and competitively won public‑funded programmes, ensuring strong liquidity, robust forecasting and high‑quality insight to support strategic decision‑making.
