Eat better, feel better with Chef Nitisha

We all know when you eat well you feel well! But not everyone has the skills or confidence to get creative with their cooking. During mental health awareness week, we want you to join us for an exclusive evening of culinary exploration with Nitisha Patel. This immersive cooking experience is perfect for food enthusiasts or complete beginners, eager to elevate their cooking skills and discover new flavours. Nitisha Patel is an award-winning chef, food consultant and company director from Birmingham who has dedicated her life to exploring food and flavour. During this masterclass, Chef Nitisha will guide you through the art of creating the perfect and healthy Dhal so you can swap your regular meal deal for food that will fuel you.

There will also be opportunity to donate to Birmingham Mind, who are our chosen charity.
