Delivered by Chantel Thompson, Marketing and Engagement Manager at the Centre for Research in Ethnic Minority Entrepreneurship (CREME) at Aston University and an experienced freelance marketer. Chantel provides marketing consultancy to small businesses and serves as a committee member of the Black Business Collective. She holds a BA (Hons) in Marketing and Event Management and a Postgraduate Professional Diploma in Strategic Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing. With over 15 years’ experience, she combines strategic insight with hands-on expertise and is passionate about helping small businesses grow through clear, purposeful marketing.
