Terms and conditions
- Full delegate payment must be received prior to attendance
- We reserve the right to refuse admission if payment has not been received in full prior to the event
- Cancellation of paid events:
- Cancellations received within 10 days of a non-flagship event will not be entitled to a refund/credit
- Cancellations received within 30 days of a flagship event will not be entitled to a refund/credit (including complimentary FOC places which incur a cost to GBCC). These include, but not limited to:
- Expos
- Dinners
- Conferences
- Awards
- Failure to attend on the day of the event will not be entitled to a refund/credit
- Any booking amendments or cancellations must be made via the ‘My Account’ area
- Bookings received within three days of an event may not be included on the delegate list
- Delegates may be photographed at our events. By registering to attend, delegates consent for Birmingham Chamber of Commerce & Industry to use any photographs taken in future marketing collateral
- By registering to attend, you are providing explicit consent to:
- Receiving emails and/or SMS text messages relating to this event
- Including your full name and organisation on the delegate list, which will be made available to those booked onto the same event
- We are not liable for any personal property at an event
- It may be necessary for reasons beyond our control to change the date, time, venue, content and speakers
- If this event is cancelled we will transfer your booking to a similar event or issue a refund for monies paid but disclaim any further liability
- Minimum delegate age 18 years (except where specified on event marketing material.) Any attendees under the age of 18 will not be permitted
- Delegates will receive final event details by email 24 hrs prior to the event
- Deleagtes are expected to observe and abide by the Code of Conduct & Behaviours Statement, and to uphold the values, professionalism and integrity of the Chamber

*Any cancellations must be confirmed via email to [email protected] and must be given within 5 working days clear of the original event date. For any cancellations given less than 5 working days before the event, fees will not be refunded.
This also counts for non-attendance. If the course is due to run again in the future, delegates can opt to transfer to the next available date. A £50 fee will still be issued to cover the costs already incurred.
*Please note, the aim is always to finish at the time provided above, but please allow extra time depending on how many delegates are on the course, as there may be more questions for the trainer to answer.
