Our subscribe list is updated weekly. If you have signed up to our communications for more than 10 days and are still yet to receive, please try the following:
a. Weekly update: email@example.com
b. All other comms: firstname.lastname@example.org
If you are still having trouble, it is most likely because our email marketing is currently handled by a third party tool. Your antispam filter/firewall could be picking up our Daily Newsletter/Weekly newsletter as spam (most likely due to the number of links).
Your anti-spam system should have a way of whitelisting IP addresses. We suggest whitelisting the following IP’s which you can find here.
