As a new business, there are many challenges to face and overcome which can be daunting but also rewarding.
Since the outbreak of Covid-19, it has been a challenge for me to have the discipline and motivation in my yoga and mindfulness meditation practice as I was recovering from Covid-19 which seemed to take for ever.
So when it came to starting physical classes, restoring the confidence in my clients was also a challenging task. However, I could understand my clients’ mental barriers which stopped or slowed down the process of moving forward with their yoga practice.
At the same time, slowing down can be great in some situations as this is one of the lessons that Covid has taught us all. Slowing down and being in the present and taking time to focus on what you're doing in your everyday life, helps to improve your overall wellbeing.
