The pandemic has changed the dynamics of business operations and the workforce for companies around the world.

Some of these challenges - and how they have been turned into success stories - will be discussed at a fringe event as part of the Chamber 's Global Trade Conference next Monday (21 June).

The webinar - 'Professional and Personal Success During Uncertain Times ' - will be led by Rob Whittall (pictured) the manging partner of chartered accountants Dyke Yaxley USA.

Whether in the role of owner, management or employee, the sudden change of circumstances led to various uncertainties, obstacles, and the need to think differently.

The panel - which also includes Dyke Yaxley 's tax manager and business development specialist Christina Woskobojnik, director of Transformational Mind Coach Alison Blackler and owner of US-based Mental Nourish, Hanna Berman - will tackle the following questions:

  • How does a management team effectively work with a newly remote workforce and disruptions in the marketplace?
  • How can a management team help its teams stay motivated, engaged, productive and most importantly, support their integrative health and balance in the chaos caused by restrictions from Covid?

During the interactive presentation, the pane will share many insights on the challenges they saw, and provide key takeaways for overcoming obstacles.

The event is free to members and non-members.
