Top Belgian chef comes to Birmingham Wholesale Market

The Birmingham Wholesale Market (BWM) will host a top Belgian chef this week.

The chef will be in action at the BWM this Thursday from 6 to 9 am along with this team of local cooks.

The breakfast will use all fresh produce from the Flanders region in Belgium.

A spokesperson from BWM said: “After enjoying the breakfast, you are invited to meet some of the best growers and exporters while sampling some of the finest fresh fruit and vegetables from the fields of Flanders.

“We are looking forward to seeing you there.”
