A pair of flight tickets are up for grabs for those who complete the Chamber 's international trade survey - which runs for just one more week.

The survey, which is open until Tuesday 19 April, can be completed by businesses of any size or sector from across the West Midlands who trade internationally.

Firms are invited to share their views on the type of international trade support they have accessed, the barriers they are currently experiencing around importing and exporting, and feedback on support they would like to see from Chambers of Commerce in the future.

Those who take part in the survey will be entered into a prize draw to win a pair of Loganair flight tickets to any of the airline 's destinations from Birmingham - to Aberdeen, Inverness or Isle of Man- including complimentary baggage allowance (terms and conditions apply).

The survey forms part of a wider research project led by the Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce on behalf of Chambers of Commerce across the West Midlands in a forward-looking process to discover how they can best support businesses with new demands and challenges that have arisen as a result of the twin headwinds of Brexit and Covid-19.

Beth Clewes, insight and intelligence services manager for the GBCC, said: “Please do consider taking a few minutes to fill out this survey and ensure that the views and experiences of your business are included in our recommendations to Chambers across the West Midlands.

“Given the disruption to importing and exporting due to Brexit and Covid-19 that we 've heard about throughout the other stages of the project, hearing from as many firms as possible during this phase is vital.

“This project has been eye-opening in terms of the challenges that firms are facing, and we hope that this report will be a positive step towards helping the local and regional business community to navigate international trade moving forwards. ”
