Agency publishes comms guide for business

A free communications guide, designed to help businesses plan, connect and communicate, has been published by Burton-based PR agency FCM.

The agency has launched the guide as the UK slowly emerges its third lockdown, and says there has never been a more crucial time for businesses to make sure their communication is up to scratch.

Like many other service businesses, FCM has been impacted by the pandemic but knowing how important building profile and reputation will be for businesses, the team thought it was a good way to give something back to the business community.

“We 're really pleased to have put this guide together and hope it helps businesses in some way. With the recovery phase, which we hope is on the horizon now the vaccination programme is in full flow, comes a need to strengthen connections with all the stakeholders who matter to your business ”, said Karen McElroy (pictured), managing director of FCM.

She added: “There 's no doubt it 's been an emotional and disruptive 12 months or so, with almost everyone having to adapt to new ways of working, reducing business operations or even putting everything on hold. For many, the landscape will look rather different from how it was back in 2019.
