Chamber Small Business Academy to host an open event for interested parties

With the deadline to submit applications for the next cohort of the Start-Up and Small Business Academy fast approaching, Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce (GBCC) is hosting an open event for those who have applied or interesting in joining.

The event will take place at Chamber HQ on Monday, 22 July where an open session will run from 12.30 pm to 2.15 pm where participants will have the opportunity to meet current delegates as well as an opportunity to ‘Ask us Anything’ about starting and growing a small business.

The Academy is ideal for:

  • Businesses looking for bite size but in-depth business sessions from experts on challenging areas that could be holding them back
  • Businesses needing a refresher on key business basics and looking to gain new insights from experts
  • Businesses looking to create structure for growth who have started within the last 2 to 3 years
  • Businesses who would benefit from the support and accountability of their peers

The Academy offers six half day in depth sessions with leading experts giving their advice and insights to support small businesses saving their valuable time and money, To date it has supported over 50 small businesses.
