Chamber survey assesses workforce challenges
A survey focusing on some of the key challenges facing workforces has been launched by tbe British Chambers of Commerce.
The annual workforce survey, which is open until 28 April, looks at some of the top challenges facing Chamber members - including inflation, skills shortages and staff retention.
Data from the survey will form the evidence base for the BCC 's advocacy and campaign work, media appearances, and to support the network 's Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP) work.
As a thank participating in this research, Chamber members will have the opportunity to pick a charity of their choice to receive one of three £100 donations.
Following the end of the survey period, three of the nominated charities will be drawn at random to receive £100 donations.
Beth Clewes (pictured), insight and intelligence services manager at Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce, said: “Please do consider taking a few minutes to fill out this survey.
“The BCC brief the Government and Bank of England on their research on an almost daily basis and their data is hugely in demand, so this is a great opportunity to get your business ' issues to those who can take action on them.
“It would be great if the voice of the Greater Birmingham business community was represented as part of this research. ”
