Clays Birmingham unveils new private room
As the festive season approaches, Clays has launched new private room, designed for the city’s most unforgettable celebrations.
Opening early November, Clays’ new private room is a luxurious addition to the venue’s immersive experience.
Featuring four shooting pegs, a private bar, and full DJ and event facilities, the room is made for groups who want to take their night to the next level.
The private room is ideal for Christmas parties, corporate gatherings, and end-of-year blowout with friends.
To mark the season, culinary director Roger Olsson and director of operations Jon Calabrese have created a new Christmas menu that combines local, sustainable ingredients with indulgent festive twists.
Highlights include:
- Clays Christmas Slider: Free-range turkey, sautéed sprouts, cranberry sauce, and baconnaise in a sage & onion brioche bun.
- Pigs in Blankets: Aubrey Allen sausages wrapped in British bacon with a cranberry, port & orange glaze.
- Mini Mince Pies: A perfectly bite-sized festive treat to enjoy between rounds.
The Clays’ bar team have also crafted The Grinch — a twist on festive cheer.
This green cocktail channels the playful spirit of the disco era with Midori melon liqueur, Applejack, fresh lemon, ginger liqueur, and a spiced mulled cider syrup.
The festive experiences combine premium menus, unlimited gameplay, and a lively atmosphere, starting from £52pp.
This festive launch follows Clays Birmingham’s first birthday, marking one year since the brand brought its immersive clay target experience to the Midlands.
Over the past 12 months, Clays has welcomed thousands of guests, hosted countless celebrations, and become a go-to destination for competitive socialising and cocktails in the city.
Tom Snellock, founder of Clays, said: “Birmingham has been an incredible home for Clays first venture outside London.
“Our new private room feels like the perfect way to celebrate our first year — and to kick off the Christmas season in true Clays style.”
