Consultant ranked as top sector professional
South Derbyshire based consultant Michelle Spaul, customer experience consultant at Delta Swan, has been ranked as a top customer experience professional.
Michelle (pictured) was ranked eighth in Customer Experience (CX) Magazine's annual list of CX Stars.
She has more than 20 years' of experience managing projects and processes, and is the only independent consultant to be ranked on the list.
The annual list ranks the most dedicated customer experience professionals in the UK.
While supporting SMEs to achieve growth by generating customer loyalty, Michelle has also published a study on the Voice of the Customer tools. Most large organisations use customer feedback, aka the Voice of the Customer, to improve their products, services and reputation.
However, Michelle says, even they find analysing feedback intimidating, their busy, passionate teams don 't want to hear 'could do better ' and they don 't always know how to turn data into action into business growth.
