Consulting expert wins contract to manage social media for Visit Warwickshire
Warwickshire County Council has appointed K Hulse Consulting to manage the social media presence for Visit Warwickshire, the official tourism platform for the county.
With extensive experience in place marketing and destination management, Kim Hulse (pictured) brings a strong understanding of how storytelling and digital engagement can celebrate Warwickshire’s unique character, from its historic market towns to its beautiful villages and vibrant cultural scene.
Having successfully delivered marketing and communications for Visit Knowle, Kim is ideally placed to take the helm for Visit Warwickshire. Her deep understanding of local economies and community identity means she will shine a spotlight on the very best the county has to offer - building awareness, engagement, and footfall to Warwickshire’s towns and attractions.
Kim Hulse, director of K Hulse Consulting, said: “Warwickshire has such an incredible mix of heritage, culture and towns, all in beautiful countryside. I’m passionate about helping people rediscover what’s right on their doorstep and encouraging visitors to explore more of the county. Managing Visit Warwickshire’s social media is a fantastic opportunity to bring those stories to life and support our local places and businesses.”
The project aligns with Warwickshire County Council’s ongoing commitment to place management - ensuring that every town and village continues to thrive by showcasing its distinct offer and encouraging both residents and visitors to spend time (and money) locally.
Through this partnership, K Hulse Consulting will not only manage the Visit Warwickshire channels but also work share Visit Warwickshire’s strategy with place makers, local councils, and high street businesses to help them tell the story of their own towns and destinations.
This collaborative approach aims to build pride of place while boosting footfall and strengthening the visitor economy.
