Council reopens housing reception

The Cannock Chase Council’s Housing Reception will reopen to the public on Tuesday 1 July 2025.

The Housing Reception, located in the Housing Bungalow next to the Civic Centre, will be open to customers Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Services will be available to the public via walk-in visits or booked appointments.

Tenants wishing to book an appointment to speak with a Housing Officer can do so by contacting the Housing Team by email housingreception@cannockchasedc.gov.uk or calling 01543 462621.

The Housing Team is available to assist customers with the following service areas:

• Housing Applications and Allocations
• Neighbourhood Issues
• Paying Your Rent
