CPiO marks 35 years of business
Midlands-based Sage Business Partner, CPiO, recently marked its 35th anniversary with an all-staff event, finally bringing its full team together to celebrate the milestone in person.
After being unable to commemorate its 30th anniversary properly due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the shift to hybrid working, the celebration offered a long-overdue opportunity for colleagues - many of who had not gathered in full for years - to reconnect and reflect.
Founded in 1990, CPiO has navigated decades of change, from the millennium ‘bug’ to the Sage acquisition of Tetra and the evolving cloud technology landscape. Today, the company delivers ERP and CRM solutions including Sage X3, Sage 200 and Sage Intacct, as well as legacy support for Sage 1000 and Sage Line 500.
At the heart of the business is a loyal and skilled team, with many employees having served over 20 years.
Rebecca Bradley, CPiO’s commercial director, said: “We trust each other, care about our customers and believe we can make a difference every day.”
Managing director, Andrew Watkinson said: “What began as a vision has grown into a legacy. This 35 year milestone is a testament to the trust we’ve earned and the challenges we’ve overcome.”
As one of Sage’s longest-standing UK partners, CPiO continues to support a wide range of industries with tailored financial software solutions, cloud hosting, integration, and IT managed services.
With 35 years behind them, CPiO is looking to the future - grounded in its people-first values and a commitment to innovation.
