Humanise Learning is offering to deliver free of a charge, to one other Chamber member, the leadership element of their Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Culture Change Programme.

Founded to create safer workplaces through innovative compliance and culture training, Humanise helps companies meet ethical and legal obligations focused on an outcome of wellbeing and inclusion within leaders and employees.

The new Inclusion Training Company, from Martin James Network, is due to launch in a bid to challenge mindsets and unconscious bias.

To ensure individuals feel a sense of belonging and to create real and long-lasting change in the workplace, Humanise Learning sets to provide an in-depth evaluation of your organisational culture management through several activities including a diversity, equity, and inclusion survey, scoping session, senior leadership workshops as well as senior leadership action planning session.

Jon Hughes, managing director at Humanise, said: “Once completing Humanise Learning 's Culture Change Programme, your mindsets and unconscious bias will be challenged and you will come away with a plan to embed new values into your organisations daily tasks. ”

Humanise Learning 's human-centred approach to compliance and cultural training is led by a pioneering practice model proven to drive positive change.

The SEED practice model, created by Ayyab Cockburn, co-founder, and executive officer at Humanise Learning, drives inclusivity for every community.

SEED stands for - self-reflection, empathy, empowerment, and disruption, and underpins the foundation of all of the courses and programmes at Humanise Learning.

Providing structure and framework to organisational leaders, delivering memorable strategies to sustain colleague's health and happiness long after the training is complete.

Jon adds: “We truly believe organisational culture change must start with courageous conversations and accepting diverse perspectives. ”

The Martin James Network is dedicated to helping communities reach their full potential and Humanise Learning believes in a true parallel between employee wellbeing and productivity, therefore the training has been tested and rolled out to employees across the network, receiving positive feedback.

While the company is confident in its delivery, Humanise is always keen to receive feedback on areas it can improve. With a particular interest in feedback from organisations that have different leadership cultures and DE&I strategies.
