Customer experience programme launched to give firms competitive edge
A Sutton Coldfield-based customer experience (CX) expert is hoping to propel businesses to new heights of success with the launch of a business development programme.
Shaun Cremins (pictured) has launched a customer experience programme designed to provide professionals with the tools they need to meet client expectations.

Shaun, from insight6, says the programme is perfect for businesses that are looking at how Customer Experience could give them a competitive edge and for business owners and leaders who consider CX to be a priority for their business.
It is set to commence in May 2024, promising a dynamic learning experience led by an industry expert, real-world case studies, actionable insights, and a platform for networking with like-minded professionals.

As part of the programme, participants will delve into Customer Journey Mapping, uncovering pivotal touchpoints and streamlining experiences for maximum impact.
There will also be an emphasis on Customer Segmentation, allowing firms to personalise services based on distinct client characteristics.
Commencing in May 2024, the programme will feature 10 online and two in-person meetings over a period of 12 months.
