Embello, a leading printing and merchandise company based in the Midlands, has launched its community fund by offering £1,000 of branded goods to a charity or not-for-profit organisation every month during 2021.

The company, based in Wilnecote, Tamworth has pledged to donate a total of £120,000 over the next ten years to good causes throughout the Midlands to help them spread their own messages and raise their own awareness.

Managing director Kyle Raffo (pictured) said: “Giving back is an important ethic within our company. We work with hundreds of other companies nationwide, and overseas, to produce their branded merchandise, yet many worthy charities, social enterprises and even local community groups, simply don 't have funds to cover this kind of marketing asset.

“Last year we focused on Tamworth-based organisations and in 2021 we are opening it up to a wider area - the Midlands. If we can support 12 organisations over the next 12 months that will be amazing. ”

Last year the Embello team worked with Tamworth charities including Unicorns Swimming Club for Disabled Persons, Spirit Awards and Santa 's Little Helpers.

Any Midlands-based charity, not for profit or social enterprise, can apply to be considered as one of the 2021 beneficiaries of Embello 's Community Fund. If they are successful they can claim branded merchandise including clothing, banners, pens, mugs, engraved trophies or awards to support their own marketing.

Kyle said: “Being able to showcase your charity, community group or project in a professional way with high quality branding elevates the profile. It engenders confidence, raises awareness and encourages people to engage at events, shows and some will go on to give money, time or expertise. This kind of asset provides numerous benefits which smaller organisations can struggle to access. ”
