Energy consultants land contract with logistics powerhouse
A leading energy consultant has secured a groundbreaking three-year partnership with logistics giant Culina Group.
The deal will see Tamworth-based Experienced Energy Solutions provide a flexible purchasing agreement for Culina Group, providing a more sustainable way of purchasing energy.
Flexible energy frameworks allow businesses to have multiple purchasing decisions throughout their contract period, rather than a traditional fixed contract method.
With traditional energy contracts, energy rates are set for the contract length based on the market on the specific day of purchase.
Flexible energy purchasing takes this 'one purchase' restriction away, allowing businesses to benefit from fluctuations in energy markets throughout their contract duration.
This leads to increased purchasing power, maximised value for money and access to the best energy rates in a volatile market.
“At EES, we do things differently”, said Dominic O'Brien, managing director at Experienced Energy Solutions.
“There's no cold calling, no hard selling and no scare tactics. We build relationships, and pride ourselves on being honest, transparent and trustworthy.
“Securing this three-year partnership with Culina Group shows the value of putting our customers' needs first and investing time in understanding our customers.
“We are thrilled to be working with Culina Group and look forward to supporting them on their journey towards greater sustainability through their energy purchasing”.
“We are really excited to start our energy journey with EES” said Robert White, director of facilities at Culina Group Ltd.
“I must say, it has been a pleasure to get to know Dom and the team. EES have really taken the time to understand the complexity of our business and energy requirements.
“The move to flexible energy purchasing will be a real game-changer for us, and I can't wait to see what the future holds for our partnership.”
