Facebook workshops teach firms how to sell themselves through social media
The Asian Business Chamber of Commerce (ABCC) is hosting a series of online workshops this month aimed at equipping businesses with the skills to raise brand awareness through Facebook.
The first event takes place on Monday 8 November between 11am-12pm and will focus on how to raise awareness of your business offerings online.
The event will cover topics such as establishing a presence on Facebook and Instagram and how to share updates about your business and communicate directly with your customers.
The event will also explore how to share content showcasing your offerings that can help raise awareness of your business, as well as how you can communicate with customers using WhatsApp Business and how the automated messaging features can help you manage your messages.
The event will finish with a Q&A session with the opportunity to ask the experts of Facebook.

The second session will take place on 29 November between 11am-12pm and will focus on how to create loyalty and create ads from your Facebook.
Attendees will be able to learn how to increase customer loyalty in digital marketing and with the use of Facebook products and offers, as well as how to create a strong brand presence and reach a broader audience by implementing best practices for feed, stories, IGTV, reels, hashtags and lives.
The event will also explore statistics to see what works for your audience and also reach more people beyond your followers by creating ads directly from your Facebook Page.
