Flexeserve’s fast-growing American brand celebrates third anniversary
Flexeserve, the expert in hold-holding products and services, is celebrating the third anniversary of its US brand Flexeserve Inc.
Having launched in November 2022, the US arm of the Midlands manufacturer of hot food-to-go services boasts a growing customer base, an increased market presence and a string of accolades.
Flexeserve’s arrival into the US market came long before they created an American subsidiary.
While Flexeserve has been UK-based since its inception, with roots dating back to the 1990s, it has been a global brand for many years – supplying to operators across the world and the Americas in particular.
“The Americas have always shown a desire for Flexeserve products and services,” said Jamie Joyce.
“However, in order to provide our full, customer-focused experience within this region, establishing a brand and base of operations here was essential to our strategy and a significant step in our mission to redefine food-to-go.”
Flexeserve Inc.’s US HQ and Culinary Support Center in Southlake, Texas, opened its doors in the summer of 2023.
However, with the world still feeling the effects of a global pandemic, the challenges in developing this state-of-the-art space were substantial.
Closed borders and a variety of restrictions across the globe meant travel and communication issues needed to be overcome.
Jamie Joyce said: “Since Flexeserve Inc. was established, we have continued to adjust, grow and learn.
“We will always strive to ensure our customers, no matter where they operate, receive the industry-leading service Flexeserve is known for.
“The challenges we faced while establishing our physical footprint in the US have only made the achievements alongside them that much more rewarding.”
Following the inception of Flexeserve Inc. president Dave Hinton quickly grew a team that was able to deliver a full scope of customer services and hot-holding solutions.
This includes sales manager, Conrad Randell, key accounts manager Rachel Paul and culinary director Sean Landrum.
Most recently, Flexeserve has acquired technical service lead, Ed Curtis to ensure service standards continue to be industry leading.
Meanwhile, Rachel Chin has already assisted with a number of administrative and customer support responsibilities as operations coordinator.
