Delta Swan has agreed to design and lead three masterclasses for the Stoke-On-Trent & Staffordshire Growth Hub as part of their new #GearingForGrowth2022 campaign.

Encompassing webinars, events, workshops and both referral partners and programmes, the #GearingForGrowth2022 campaign aims to celebrate the resilience of Staffordshire businesses over the past 18 months and promote their growth moving forwards.

With a final event taking place at Aston Marina on 23 March 2022, a number of partners will be exhibiting to provide further information on how they are able to assist businesses in their growth journey moving forwards into 2022.

The three part series designed by Delta Swan will be CPD accredited and will take you through three valuable techniques to build customer thinking into your strategic plans and improve your customers ' experience, earing you their loyalty. All classes are practical and attendees will leave with plans they can put into practice and a commitment to take action.

The first session builds an understanding of customer needs and how to meet them (Customer Profile and Value Proposition).

The second class reviews customer feedback and agrees the actions required to improve customer experience (Voice of the Customer).

The third builds a customer journey, enabling participants to see their business through the eyes of their customers and identify opportunities to redesign experiences (Customer Journey Mapping).

Michelle Spaul (pictured), customer experience consultant said “I 've long believed SMEs deserve the advantages of a managed customer experience which larger organisations take for granted. I am grateful to the team at Stoke-on-Trent & Staffordshire Growth Hub for this opportunity to give local businesses a competitive advantage. ”
