St Giles Hospice is looking for an experienced regional fundraiser to join its busy fundraising team.

The successful applicant will join the team in the middle of a regional campaign as the hospice resumes fundraising activities following the Covid-19 pandemic. The regional fundraiser will manage all regional fundraising activities within a defined geographical area.

Regional fundraising manager Samantha Story said: “If you're a proactive individual with regional fundraising and volunteer management experience we'd really love to hear from you.

“We 're looking for someone who can build new relationships to drive growth in voluntary income and support, who understands the needs of our supporters and who can manage our supporter care journeys accordingly.

"You will also be a passionate advocate across the region for hospice care and the hospice movement and have a real understanding of the value and quality of the services provided by St Giles. ”

St Giles offers an excellent benefits package including 27 days annual leave plus eight bank holidays pro rata, a contributory pension scheme, free car parking, training and development opportunities and progression within the organisation.

The hospice, which is rated as outstanding by the Care Quality Commission, is a registered charity offering high-quality specialist care free of charge for people living with diseases which are terminal or incurable, as well as providing support for their families and carers.

Care is offered at the hospice's centres in Whittington, Sutton Coldfield and Uttoxeter and in patients' own homes across the region.
