Tamworth-based Bold IT have joined forces with industry giants HPE Financial Services and TD Synnex as part of a new hardware subscription initiative.

The Staffordshire firm says many businesses discover that buying IT hardware outright may not be the most financially sensible approach, especially considering the rapid technological advancements and the need to comply with standards such as Cyber Essentials.

This often prevents them from exploiting the full lifecycle benefits of their IT assets. In response, Bold IT is pioneering a shift from traditional purchasing to more flexible IT subscription models.

Supported by the likes of HPE Financial Services and TD Synnex, Bold IT provides businesses with a solution that not only avoids hefty upfront costs but also enhances cash flow management.

This approach can reduce the total cost of ownership by up to 20 per cent, helping businesses stay technologically current while easing financial strain and preserving capital for other strategic investments.

Steven Brazier, managing director of Bold IT, said: “Over the past twelve months, we have had a considerable uptake in the number of businesses that have used our Hardware subscription service to purchase their IT hardware on flexible monthly payment options, many of whom weren't aware of such an offering being available to the market.

“The partnership between ourselves, TD Synnex & HPE Financial Services is another commitment to enhancing value for our clients and further bolsters our position as a best-in-class managed IT provider.

“By leveraging this partnership, we can alleviate the typical financial constraints associated with hardware procurement, ensuring a smoother, more manageable cash flow for the businesses that partner with us.

“Our vision is to change the traditional hardware procurement model, making it more accessible, flexible, and aligned with the evolving demands of businesses today.

“This is a significant stride towards empowering our clients, allowing them to focus on their core activities. At the same time, we can ensure their technological infrastructure is robust, reliable, and seamlessly integrated with their business operations.”
